Ms. Stephanie Dopson has worked with state and local public health
departments on public health emergency preparedness and response since
2002 when the Office for Terrorism, Preparedness and Emergency Response
(COTPER) was formed after 9/11. After working in Terrorism for 5 years,
she moved to the Influenza Coordination Unit where she is the lead on
state and U.S. Pacific jurisdiction pandemic influenza planning,
preparedness and response. She is currently the Technical Specialty Unit
Lead for the H1N1 response.
